Subscription & Billing
During your trial, you have access to all features. At the end of the 14 days, your survey will be paused. To continue collecting feedback and accessing your data, you will need to choose one of our paid plans. No credit card is required to start the trial, so no surprises!
Yes. You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time from your dashboard, in the "Subscription" tab. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged thereafter. There is no long-term commitment.
All your invoices are available and downloadable from your secure billing portal, accessible via the "Subscription" tab of your dashboard. Payment management is handled by our partner Stripe, a global leader in online payments, ensuring maximum security.
No, absolutely no hidden fees. Our prices are clear and transparent, displayed on our Pricing page. The prices shown are exclusive of tax (HT) and are intended for professionals. For individuals, a 20% VAT is applicable in addition.
In case of a payment failure, Stripe will try to charge the amount again after a few days. You will be notified by email. If the problem persists, your subscription will be suspended and your survey will be paused. You can reactivate your subscription at any time by updating your payment information.
Currently, we offer a single paid plan, the "SmartFeedback Pro," which includes all our features. If your needs evolve towards a multi-business or multi-user solution, our "Enterprise" plan on quote is for you. Contact us to discuss it.
Security & Privacy
Security is our top priority. We use secure communication protocols (HTTPS), password hashing, and robust protection measures to ensure the security of all data. Our servers are hosted by Hostinger, a recognized provider. For more details, you can consult our Privacy Policy.
Yes. Our platform was designed from the outset in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only collect the data that is strictly necessary, we never sell it, and we give you full control over your information. The collection of customer emails is always optional and based on their explicit consent.
No, never. This is a fundamental promise of SmartFeedback.net. Your data and your customers' data are your property and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. We respect your privacy and that of your customers.
The data is stored securely and used only for the purposes for which it was collected (providing the service, generating analyses). Customer emails, if provided, are only accessible by you. We apply limited retention periods and deletion procedures in accordance with GDPR. All interactions with our partners (Stripe for payment, Groq for AI) are also governed by strict subcontracting agreements.
If you decide to delete your account, all your data (business configuration, questionnaires, and customer feedback) will be permanently deleted from our systems after a 90-day grace period, in accordance with our privacy policy. Only billing data is retained for the legally required duration.
For Merchants' Customers
By default, yes. You are never required to provide personal information. At the end of the questionnaire, you are offered the option to leave your email address, but it is entirely optional. If you do not leave it, your feedback is transmitted anonymously to the merchant.
If you choose to leave your email, you are only giving the merchant the ability to contact you personally about your feedback (for example, to follow up on a suggestion or a complaint). SmartFeedback.net will never send you marketing emails and will not share your address with third parties.
To prevent abuse and ensure the relevance of the feedback, the merchant can set a limit on responses per customer per day (usually 1 or 2). If you have already responded recently, the system will inform you. This ensures that the reviews are varied and representative.
If you encounter a technical problem with the questionnaire (page not loading, error), you can try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact the merchant directly or send us a message via our Contact page, specifying the problem and the name of the business concerned.
Once you have submitted your feedback, a thank you page is displayed to confirm that your answers have been recorded. If the merchant has configured a redirect, you may be invited to leave a public review on another platform they have designated, but this remains your choice.
